Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The website albaled.co.il is operated by Lian & Imri Technologies Ltd., Company No. 517405015, which trades under the name ALBA and provides digital signage solutions, service, installation and support throughout Israel (“ALBA”, “the Company”, “we” or “us”).

ALBA is the controller of the information collected on the website and through inquiries to us (within the meaning of “database controller” under the law). This policy was written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted under it, including Amendment No. 13. It applies to information provided to us through the website, the contact form, WhatsApp and email.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: full name, phone number and the areas of interest you selected (required fields), and optionally your business name, business type, email address and message. The address of the page from which the inquiry was sent (and its language) is also recorded. The details are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) via the form-delivery service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to us by email at office@albaled.co.il.
• WhatsApp: when you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, the name and picture on your profile (if you have set them), and the content of the messages and files you send.
• Email: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.

You are not legally required to provide us with any information. However, without a name and a way to reach you, we will not be able to get back to you.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical information: as with any website, our hosting provider may record technical data in its server logs, such as IP address, browser type and operating system, the page viewed and the time of the visit. This information is used to operate and secure the website.
• Fonts: the website loads its fonts (Heebo, and Inter on the English and French pages) from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser contacts Google’s servers, and Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

As of the date of this update, the website does not use analytics tools, advertising-network pixels or marketing cookies.

3. How we use the information

• To get back to you, answer your questions and schedule a demo.
• To prepare a quote, plan the solution and schedule installation.
• To provide service and support to existing customers.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal requirements and, where necessary, to protect our rights.

We will not send you advertising without your explicit consent, as required by Section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law. If you have consented, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who we share the information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information may be passed to the following parties, only to the extent necessary:

• Service providers working for us: our website hosting provider, our email service provider and the systems we use to manage inquiries. They receive access to the information only in order to provide their services to us.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): an external service that receives the details you enter in the contact form and sends them to us by email. The service’s servers may be located outside Israel, and it may keep a copy of the inquiry for a limited period (according to the information it publishes, up to 30 days). Its use is also subject to FormSubmit’s privacy policy. If you prefer that your details not pass through this service, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email.
• Third-party services you choose to use: contacting us on WhatsApp goes through a Meta service and is subject to its privacy policy. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts.
• Analytics: none at present. If we add measurement tools, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
• As required by law: when we are required to do so by law, court order or the demand of a competent authority.

Some service providers may store information on servers outside Israel. In such cases we will ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations.

5. How long we keep the information

We keep the information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was provided: handling your inquiry and, if we enter into an agreement, providing the service. We also keep it for any period required by law (for example, for bookkeeping). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Information security

We take reasonable organizational and technological measures to protect the information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. Among other things, access to the information is limited to personnel who need it for their work.

No system is completely immune, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a serious security incident occurs, we will act as required by law.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The website itself does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Third-party services the website uses, such as Google Fonts and FormSubmit (form delivery), and links to external services such as WhatsApp, operate under their own privacy policies. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, such as analytics cookies, we will update this policy and offer you the option to accept or decline them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

• Access: you are entitled to review the information held about you (Section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
• Correction and deletion: if the information is not correct, complete, clear or up to date, you may ask us to correct or delete it (Section 14 of the Law).
• Opting out of mailings: you may ask us not to contact you with direct mail or advertising, and to remove your details from our mailing list (Section 17F of the Law).

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may ask to verify your identity before handling the request, and we will respond within the time frame set by law. If you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service to the website or when the law changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. If we make a material change, we will note it on the website.
